easily the most funnier character in the series, and the most sympatethic, despite her cannibal appetite, so wild, comical and unpredictable, my personal favorite, the second main villain in the show after her ghastly boss Black Hat, perhaps deserves her on spin-off someday, because she is a complete walking carnival of madness, this great show not his complete without her completely insanely presence, maybe is a potential great menace for the civilization alongside Black Hat himself, everyone run to the hills, HA HA HA.

0:29 (after/before?) I like to think that demencia was originally a girl who mistakenly found out about black hat (without being a villain) and wasn't as afraid as everyone else, maybe even curious. She goes to his island and trespasses into his lair. Black hat finds her and turns her into a lizard (fully not hybrid) for trespassing. He gives the lizard to flug for expirimentation and the science mixed with the magic evolves her into the demencia we know and love. She has no memories of her past life except for a feeling of curiosity and awe of black hat. Which, when combined with her animalistic/child like tendencies (and what ever flug told her) the curiosity of black hat turned into obsessive infatuation. At least that's what I like to believe. 😘 😈

It's been hinted that Dementica is indeed in fact a possible experiment of Flug or even Black Hat. In the trailer for Villainous, we see Dementica in a tube before she breaks out and disappears. It's possible that she could have had a past human life before she became what she is today, as her wiki page says that she is half human, half lizard and that she avoids talking about her past life. It's also said that in Flug's lab, there are blueprints hidden that show Dementica, so it's possible that she was either an experiment or Flug created her
