That head is from the Pearl Harbor series, and most (if not all) of the figures used it. I feel bad for the last guy, shot with a bb gun and chewed by some critter...rough life. When you commented on the larger Pearl Harbor head reminded me of my First Sergeant at Fort Carson, we used to say he had to use a shoehorn to put on his steel pot. We never said it where he could hear us, we were dumb but not suicidal. Great build! And hats off to your mom, she sounds like a really good lady. Cool Build! Instead of Storm Troopers I made my MARS minions more of a security detail or Anti-Adventure team (because sometimes you need help to get the world to fall apart faster). I think your green eye villain is from the Real Heroes line from Ertl (they were classic body knock offs with different heads and hands) I have one that looks similar but has different colored hair and eyes. Your printing issue: The quickest work around is to scale the part that comes out bigger to be a little smaller in the slicer program and see if that makes the parts match up. The fix will depend on the parts orientation: If they are the same orientation (both along X or Both Along Y) the belt or track is worn or has debris on it (i.e. one side of the bed or print head has to travel a longer distance than the other side). If they have opposite orientation, the number of steps may be off, so print a large rectangle or square and measure it precisely to calculate the correct number of steps per mm.

That first head is the TIM from cotswold, awesome builds, very fun watch. I have had a hard time with rifles on the 3d printer too, its a lot of trial and error!!!

Jeff, both of those heads are Elite heads, I can’t seem to find that one on their site, maybe they’re out or I’m mistaken. Greg used that head to showcase the WIP neck post for Power Team bodies. The second head you call Tom is the Elite Carl head

Love your storm troopers, I use franken figures for my villains too. I was wondering where did you get your Mars stickers? I'd rather use those for my villains than adversaries stickers.
