Huge Nova fan but I think they are still recovering from 2018 when everyone left for the NBA. Nova isn’t successful because they get super high end players for a year or 2. They are successful because they have a few years to develop people into their culture. Divencenzo and Spellmen leaving left a potential leadership hole over the last 2 years. Need the younger guys to step up and give you a solid 10 mins so the starters can rest.
