I bought avento directflush toilet seat combo. Watter nozzle was faulty and toilet was spraying water outside of the toilet on the one side. The waste water connection is not round but in an ellipsoidal shape and was leaking water from behind the toilet (standard geberit toilet flush connector did not seal the connection in propper manner due to difference in shape). I returned the product and got a brand new one, all of the models we inspected in warehouse still had the ellipsoidal shape but the installer solved the problem with silicone (at least i had the luck of finding one with nozzle that did not spray water...). Now a few word regarding the toilet seat. Toilet seat was unacceptably wobbly during the second installation. The seat gave an impression of faulty product that a childs weight could break. We compared few of the seats until we found the sturdiest one (still unexceptable when compared with other producers in the showroom). All of the mentioned seats make a squeaking and ticking noise when moving seat up or down. Shame on you Villeroy & Boch for distributing such a product no matter the cost (the price was 200 euro and was bought in Croatia - EU member state - all of the products "should" be the same quality in EU...).

@@JurijLoboda I agree thet it happens sometimes but in this case, i had trouble finding the the least defective one in the whole shipment/warehouse (all made in Austria).

Another thing to mention. A lot of the products (not only Villeroy & Boch) bought in Croatia have instructions and declaration primary in Russian and Arabic languages so i find the comment to be relevent on your channel.
