Vimet 470 - a new harvester for thinning

Vimek will launch a new harvester, the Vimek 470, which is slightly larger than the existing Vimek 404. It has a larger head, a longer crane, and larger wheels. But it's still a 4-wheel harvester and has Vimek's classic "double steering". That is, steering at the waist and on the wheels under the crane. This makes the machine very verstile when thinning in young stands. Det är en P50 kran så den är 6,5m Lite kort enligt mig

Skulle locka flera att köpa den om ett riktigt skördaraggregat satt på exempelvis ett logmax med bättre längd och diameter mätning .

KETO is very good and reliable harvester head!

@@Ancient_Iron I would like feed rollers on the keto harvester head and 3 delimbing knives instead of 2 and a better saw placement. I drive almost every day a logmax 2000T and nothing can beat it

​​@@kubikdraparn1564Every body have their preferences. But I don't think that having KETO as a "original" harvester head would do any harm to sales figures of this machine. I bet you can have LogMax installed, if you buy one of these machines. God jul.❄️🎄❄️

@@skrotjorgenhellqvist6357 Nej säger inte att det är dåligt, men ligger lite efter logmax. Logmax är ju välkänt att vara driftsäkra aggregat.
