I think you need to do more teaching so they can understand why you so passionate about our club position not just on the field but ever departments. That’s one of the reasons I despise Arteta. We don’t have Saliba just be he doesn’t like him. He’s putting his personal feelings ahead of the club which costs the club greatly. All the money on Ben White could of been saved if Arteta kept Saliba in the squad but his pride has cost us a good player, a better player than what Arteta spent most of the transfer money on.

I agree with you 100% when the club first hired him most fans weren’t crazy about it, (including myself) but most ppl wanted him to succeed and after winning the FA cup it looked good. However his terrible game management, lineup selection, player favouritism, a strong belief in this so called process that he Vinai and Edu have committed to have cost this club dearly. PAO GATE 13 I am not crazy about SK this based solely on the bad press insofar as the criticism for his lack of spending however two points; he has spent, unquestionably. However here is the rub that being the appointments of Arteta, Edu and Vinai has me seriously questioning their strategy because the blue print does not fit the status and fans of the club. To start with Arteta seriously has man management deficiencies best illustrated by the number of players with whom the club has "problems" with hence are ostracized and shown the door. As for Edu, where are his skills and experience regarding business dealings, I believe based on those so far he is clueless and we are not speaking here of £000'000's but £-millions and he can't get it anywhere near right. Lastly for those unfamiliar with the designation of the managing director/chief executive he/she is responsible for the performance of the company, as dictated by the board's overall strategy and this where I am at a loss; my club since 1953 is a shambles that would have the likes of Hill-Wood, Bracewell-Smith etc turning in their graves.

Totally agree with Lee. A better transfer would have been keep Matt Ryan, Saliba, Guendozi and buy Maddison, Bisouma, Aarons (all for £120m). This would have saved us overpaying for White and Ramsdale and we would have properly strengthened our first XI on the same budget.
