Couple things, so the triad lyric is a reference to Kabbalah, this could be either Da'ath as it is below the triad formed with Kether, Binah, and Chokmah in the Sephirot, or it could also possibly be Malkuth, formed at the bottom of the triad of Hod, Netzah, and Yesod. The serpent seed in this case is indeed Qayin. According to Current 218, Eve was impregnated with the serpent seed from Satan which gives birth to Qayin, granting him his deeper connection to the "other side", or Sitra Ahra thanks to his connection to his Father. This is why Qayin was so disinterested in pleasing God, because he understood God was a charlatan, and was actually the Demiurge. Abel was born of Adam, and thus did not contain that spark Qayin did. Anti-cosmic Satanism, Chaos Gnosticism, and Current 218 are all basically just different names for the same general beliefs of the above.
