Recipe ingredients:
300 grams of flour
40 grams of sugar
5-6 grams of instant yeast (if the air temperature is warm enough, just use 5 grams)
145-150 grams of water (the dough is not as soft as bread)
30 grams butter/margarine
5 grams of salt
150 grams of butter / margarin for lamination. You can buy it at baking supply stores or online.
