I just want to do some power moves to show off my friends. What should I start from? Should I go to a class or just watching your tutorials would be enough? Please reply to me!!! I wanted to break dance for years and I don't know what I should start from
@Sabrina-fs6lr8 жыл бұрын
PunkBrian I go to breakdance classes and the first power move I learnt was a backspin, many power moves take a long time to work and I would personally say if you can go to breakdancing classes go to them as if you do anything wrong when doing the move your dance teacher can help you out :) Usually you will be taught everything from your toprock to your freezes when breaking and some moves can take years to learn depending on your age etc. But if you really want to learn how to breakdance it's honestly worth all the years and stuff.
@cmdragon69936 жыл бұрын
If you can’t afford classes I would recommend you going to youth centers and ask if your allowed to break there..at those places normally there are a lot breakers and as the breaker community is very supportive-they will help you out. Don’t expect nailing a powermove too fast though..they take time and effort!

Do You Need To Excercise to break dance or just practice & with that is enough to learn? because as much strength I have I get tired fast & have slow movement yo
@Sabrina-fs6lr8 жыл бұрын
Humberto Rodriguez hey hi hello I know that you were asking Vincani but I breakdance and before I start my sessions I'll usually work on my fitness by doing sprinting and lunges and things like that and just before I finish my session I do squats, leg raises and sit-ups. Also eat something like a banana or something for slow energy release. As well as that many moves can take a while to learn and get move so don't give up and keep practicing, when I first started breakdancing (I go to breakdance lessons) and learnt the six-step it took me weeks for me to get it somewhat fast and then I had to get it smooth as well. It's normal for you to get tired quickly when breaking but if you work up your fitness some moves (especially power moves) should become easier. Sorry for the essay btw...

Word up. Legwork illusions! 'James Brown pose' is historically called the kick-split -usa terminology since the 80's. Old school way of going into backspin or windmill alternative to coin drop. Ivan often started his power from there.

@Augmental_Art8 жыл бұрын
Sid Grim just do it, I know that sounds pretty basic but seriously this move is easy once you try it, granted flexibility makes it look better, but it's just fine if you have none, I don't have any , but it still looks good

WHAT IS THAT MOVE WHERE HE'S SPINNING HIS LEG AROUND IN THE FIRST 5 SECONDS OF THE VIDEO??
@LakesideProductions8 жыл бұрын
Nicholas Sumabat Could be the coffee grinder. Not too sure what part you mean as the footwork is so fast.
@AcademicNicholasSumabat8 жыл бұрын
Lakeside Productions Oops I meant the spinning of his one leg. Not the coffee grinder, but what he does when he throws his leg behind him and repeats it when he throws in the front.

undefined then don't show them you doing the move, try and perfect the move and make up your own throw down, they'll probably be impressed by the end of it
