Vince Russo blames WWE Superstars for the Maxxine Dupri situation

Maxxine Dupri was recently booed at a WWE Live Event and received the support of all her co-workers. But former WWE head writer Vince Russo is not impressed at all. He blames the WWE Superstars who supported her for creating the situation to begin with. Dr. Chris Featherstone and EC3 discuss how different wrestling has become in 2024 with work rate being booed. I'm going to give Triple H some credit for how he's handled Maxxine Dupri. here's the thing Triple H told the audience the truth she's learning. Chad Gable really is training Maxxine in the ring, before the show and that's prevented the neckbeards jumping on her for awhile. now again he's playing into the other girls like Candice Lerae think she's not ready either. my opinion that's a better role for Natalya. she can say she's been there the longest and be the hard ass, that Maxxine has to earn the respect of in the ring.

Candice Larae is great in ring wrestler since the independents what she has always lacked even in the indy circuit has been connecting with an audience.She is fit maybe for AEW because WWE is all about charisma not so much in ring work.AEW you can get super over by just being a great wrestler like Ospreay.Takeshita,Garcia etc.

Oh for the love of all things wrestling. The problem isn't the fans. Look at Dom. You're telling me she got boo`ed more than Dom? Ohhh we had gripes back in those days about wrestlers. Nobody I know wanted to see fake undertaker or fake diesel and razor. Or fake JR for that matter. Not 1 person I know. They were all dead on arrival. So its the fans fault? Really? Back in those days, you were called way worse being a wrestling fan. It was more a sub culture. Those same wrestlers from way back thought it was a brilliant idea to call the fans marks. How dumb do you have to be to insult the ones paying your salary? You want wrestlers to be superstars, rub shoulders with the elites of any industry. Be mainstream? Guess what? it is and it is thanks to fans. You don't get to pick and choose what fans can and can't know. The fans are bringing in a new era of wrestling. This is as big as a boom as we saw in a long time. We got higher standards. Long gone, if you boo someone in the ring they will just throw on a headlock and milk it until you stop. This is not the same industry it was way back in the good ol days and these are not the same fans. Even the biggest of names in WWE know you don't start drama with the fans unless you are willing to face their wrath when you go out there. But you know who else knows that? Basically every successful company. Fans are not the boogeyman to the industry. Im so tired of this excuse. Here is the new system. Everyone works like any company. You support each other. Stop all the backstage bs. The ohhh I'm bigger and badder so I'm always right. Ohhh I'm backstab someone to get them in trouble, so I can steal their spot. If your job is to show up and do nothing in the back except work out. Do your job. Do that. Support each other, don't cause issues. If you put into a spot on TV it's because someone had something for you that night. That's their job. The old days of wrestling is dying now that Vince is gone. Ruling by fear is done. Keeping everyone scared they will lose their jobs is done. You cant make everyone happy all this time so you play your role and if that's not on TV fine. You get paid to do that.

The fans actually liked and supported Rocky, but they knew he was being pushed too soon as you mentioned. He was told to DIE by the fans, but instead of complaining about it & blaming the fans, he worked on his character & gimmick. Even Roman Reigns was treated harshly by half the fans lmao
