aside from your other considerations in visiting other countries. a lot of these vehicles T3 are upgraded to perform as needed. but if you dont have the time nor skill nor patience then yes a newer campervan is a wiser choice. even a newer vehicle will have its challenges. you just need to pick and choose which challenges you want to meet.
