I think my greatest challenge to these amazing ideas would be marketing and advertising. I have a bachelor of music, but I’m certified and work in medical coding compliance. I could easily teach coding and music theory. I would even be comfortable teaching writing skills, grammar, etc. If there were a platform that would do all the promoting and take a cut, I would definitely be on board.

Your assumption is they do Secretary work only like the early 2000s. A regular assistant is literally an extension of their boss with extra skills. Assistants are supposed to be marketer, bookkeeper, graphic designer, salesperson and IT technician on top of regular secretary work. The money is actually cheap for the amount of skills you are required to have in this day and age. Don't forget tou are competing against people worldwide and the age group to even be a VA could from teenagers all the way to senior citizens who are digitally savvy. Someone who knows extra languages or even expert in specific industries could negotiate for even more.
