you made this?! wow, but in my opinion, i like the title screen but the pallete is not good, let me explain, the ground needs to be greenish and brownish, bushes need to be green, and the bricks brown, and the pipes need to be green, and etc, but also the sound and music is broken. anyway, it looks good with the animated objects, or its meant to be like that since its a "mystic island," i personally think you need to use custom music instead tbh

all the sound and colors are no mistake. after all he is on some crazy island he has never been before. adding typical pallets would of been a bad idea in this case.

Oh makes sense, also soz for the late response, google doesn’t show youtube’s notifications anymore, also nice title screen, animated tiles and custom sprites, also stomping on the goomba sounds like the pipe sound and shooting an enemy sounds weird, where did u get the sounds? Also how did u make the music sound weird? Famitracker, you should also make a v2 with custom music, smw music

I got to say, this game looks ugly, sounds like an Atari game, and the level design screams of half-hearted editing (you can see too much of the original levels at times).
