Hello! This is my first kdrama edit, I couldn't help but make a Vincenzo edit since I'm going through a Vincenzo brainrot.
Since Vincenzo is Korean-Italian, I couldn't help but want to use an Italian song for this edit. Some of the lyrics juxtapose the scenes, they're meant to resemble Vincenzo's hesitance to rediscover love since he's always viewed himself as unworthy of such.

Oh my god really? I didn’t know haha my mother is a big fan of josh groban so she has this on my car rides I didn’t know that the writer was inspired by this song! If u don’t mind! Do you have a reference where the writer said that?

​@@kaistoast What a crazy coincidence! Yess, in fact, and idk if many know this, the writer actually conceptualized Vincenzo as a romantic comedy (crazy ikr, imagine how different it could've been)! In the original pitch of the show that was leaked, Vincenzo and Chayoung had actually run into each other by fate several times in Italy, without knowing, before they met in Korea. Whenever they would meet, this song plays. You absolutely gotta the read the fanfiction "Per Te" on AO3, I found out about all that through that fanfic because the author says in the notes the whole fic was veeery heavily inspired by that early draft (so it's sorta canon in way I guess? haha). It's amazingly written and completely ties in with the show, it's honestly perfect. I came here wondering if anyone made an edit with the song after being obsessed with the fic for days :D
