If you see evie's block effect her third amber actually didn't block anything - it's her hop that d the 3rd hit. The dodge should be timed more like 1--- 2 ---- 34 ---- 5 ---- 6. Try to exploit your skills of your class around the third and fourth hits (ex. dodge+block without a gap or a double dodge).
