Sir savigny ne ye two element s nhi diye the means corpus and Animus possidendi..may b m wrong but google aesa kuch nhi Bata rha hai..salmond jurist ka naam de rha hai balki... despite everything ...u r best sir... jurisprudence se bahut dar lagta tha but apke samjhne se ab dar Kam ho rha hai

Wait!! So in some cases they held that if the property belongs to you you are the owner of whatever found on that particular land but then in other last few case they help that because the owner of the property doesn't have any animus it's not their property even if they found it on their land? :( what? Am I missing something? I am not getting it :( Please help :(

If you purchase a piece of land anything under that surface like coal mineral etc your. If you own a piece of land but a thing belonging to someone else somehow stay on your land is not your though it is on your land because you lack animus due to the claim of real owner.
