Did Joel ever figure out that by attacking random people while being given infinite respawns, that all the relations of the characters he attacked would show up for revenge, most of whom were other cops? They crowded together which inevitably leads to fighting, and in a few minutes this led to a violence cascade where 20 police officers were on fire, wanted, and trying to arrest each other.
