Fun fact: Not only can you shield dash with meal tickets, they're actually theoretically faster. The food eventually overwhelms or hits the hard cap for food onscreen and it will not trigger until food respawns, is picked up, or goes offscreen. This applies to any use item. This makes dupe-dashing the fastest movement in the game... Which is pointless for speedruns but I mean, it's fun to fuck with.

In fact most of Tolkien's names and words weren't exactly made up so much as they were taken from norse mythology, and the plot of Lord of the Rings is suspiciously similar to the norse sagas about the cursed ring andvaranaut, and about the journey of the cursed sword Tyrfing.

With no reward to trigger the lizard part of your brain the logical side eventually would take over... and it wouldn't take over an hour and a half to break the habit. I noticed it and made a conscious note of it before he made it to the first boss and yet he keeps doing it through the whole video and seems to never even take note of it or at least not verbally address it.
