For those who don't know, here's why the "Grey Man" is so dangerous: Int he game, you have the option to "flash back" to previous dreams you've had. If you encounter the Grey Man, he may disable the feature temporarily. If you encounter him during one of these flashbacks, then he'll end the flashback immediately. He also has the ability to erase previous dreams, effectively eliminating your progress.

Fun fact: the words “upper”, and “downer” are both drug terms. Upper being a stimulance, Downer being a depressants Which is kinda funny, considering the game is called “LSD”. Even though the word LSD means something else in the game. So basically, moving toward the “Upper” axis actually makes the dreams more fast pacing and active. The “Downer” axis is what makes everything seem chill and depressing. The middle of the graph is basically the normal version of the dream world. Whenever I have dreams about school, I am usually tested in some way - either by answering teacher's questions, or just writing a test. And it's always something that I have knowledge of in real life, but in the dream, I always feel like I know it, but I really can't reach it. And when I'm writing a test, I can never comprehend the questions. I am a decent student that gets amazing grades because of luck and pretending that I know more than I do. So those dreams are kinda scary because of that feeling of "I am not going to answer these questions... I'm going to get exposed right now". Since I missed the chat, here's a dream Ive had in my memory since I was 9. Tl:Dr trampolines, zombies, yugioh, quarter horses. Here it goes, the dream starts out with me and my friends at a "trampoline festival" just having a good time. When one friend decides to throw a car battery into a small lake where the quarter horse firework display was being held, then suddenly when the battery hit the bottom lake, and caused all the quarter horse displays to turn zombie displays and a small zombie island rises out of the lake. Once I got to the island (short swim) several Tipis popped up all with several themes to them, I heard the only way to stop the zombies was to complete one challenge in one Tipi of my choice, trying to find what to do was cut short by a zombie chasing me around to island. I thought maybe I could swim around to find a good challenge, I found one, but THEN THAT WAS CUT SHORT TOO BY A ZOMBIE IN A CANOE. The challenge I found was a yugioh card duel (I was 9) with Spike from Tom and Jerry, I won, he told me exactly where the battery was, I dived for it, and drowned when a bunch of zombies pulled me down Then I woke up.

(If you're wondering about the spazzing out issue, the game was made for old computers, so it ran as fast as the computer. Newer computers let it run WAY too fast, so everything is spazzing out. It's sorta trippy in its own right, but it causes problems.)

Since everyone seems to be sharing fucked up dreams, I'll share the first one I thought of. This was from when I was a very young child. Probably isn't really bad, but... My older sister and I were sitting in my room for whatever reason. For whatever reason, there was a floating saw...? We both screamed and my mother ran in. The weird saw thing sliced my sister's foot off and cut into my ankle, but didn't actually cut the foot off. My mother grabbed the saw, but I can't fully remember what she did with it. She told me to wear a sock over the injured ankle to hide it, but since it was a white sock, the blood easily seeped through. She then took me out of the house and into some store. No one seemed to worry about the ankle despite clearly seeing it. That's all I can clearly remember, though. Probably isn't as fucked up as most, but I kinda wanted to share it. I thought nothing of it as a child.

The vast amount of comments on LSD in the comments and from Vinny are truly spoken by people who have no idea how the drug functions. Like, as far as Syd Barrett goes, the issue wasn't the LSD. The issue was the fact that he was being unknowingly dosed. LSD requires a good mindset and that you understand what you're doing. Dosing someone else with LSD is one of the worst things I can imagine doing to someone that doesn't involve violence. LSD isn't just something to use to have a good time, it's also a very powerful therapy tool in the right hands and is great for looking at issues in your life more objectively to try to solve them.
