The main reason I say Chinese is because obviously these things, while supposedly being a French product, are assembled and programmed in China (well, most things are but not all things...) I assumed it was a Chinese lady since the pronunciations of all the words just seemed like they were struggling to say. Now it could be a French lady but it's really anybody's guess. Also somewhat unrelated but I've always wanted to hear Vinny do a voice impression of a Regular Show character.

The thing is, I own two off-brand kinda-bootleg handheld console that I got as a kid. Most games on these consoles were like really shit but as a child I played it anyway, even though I had a DS. I was a weird child. Anyways, some of the games used the same stock assets that the first game in this clip uses. There wasn't the exact same game on these consoles but they shared assets with this one. Before you ask, no there was no 𝓛𝓮𝓶𝓸𝓷 sound in any of these games, sadly. EDIT: I just found out that there are a whole lot more similarities between the Lexibook and my bootleg consoles than I thought.
