@@muffy_bunny He talks about it in some of his first pre recorded videos he uploaded, but yeah as it turns out streaming from midnight to 4:00AM almost every night takes its toll on you physically and mentally. He said there were aspects of his personal life he was neglecting due to streaming and wants to really focus on that and his music and not stream as much in an effort to help with that (and maintaining a good sleep schedule lol). Thankfully it seems he's found a happy medium with everything and I'm glad he's doing a lot better.
