Awesome to see when bud break happens in different parts of the country. Here in Albuquerque, my Grenache is just starting to push, about 1 inch for the green tissue. My Muscat of Alexandria hasn't even thought about pushing yet. We did have a freeze down to about 28 degrees 2 weeks ago though, so I'm wondering if the frost event slowed bud break, even though there wasn't any green tissue to get damaged. Some of the new vines I planted this year were already green when the freeze hit, so they suffered some damage and will take a while to recover. A video on frost damage/prevention measures would be awesome in the future!
