I dont know your pain personally brother, but I implore you to think about the morals that Vinland Saga imparts. Think about Thorfinn’s past self, overcome with hatred and a desire for vengeance, only truly set free once he internalized his father’s words. Thorfinn never truly had any enemies, besides himself. Desires make slaves out of kings. One day you will embody a person who is better for his loved ones and for those you’ve lost. They deserve that much at least and I doubt they would want to see you overcome with a violent persistent rage. Think about the lives you can impact if you dedicate yourself to being a better man than those who have been, not only for yourself, but so you can tell the people you miss about it when you see them again. I truly hope for the best for you.

I know that your pain must be unbearable. But do you really want to continue the circle of hate? Why don’t you try to break it. You don’t and probably can’t forgive his actions. I couldn’t either, but do not hate him. Because if you hate someone else you are filled with hate and that means that you also do hate yourself. Do you really think your aunt and cousin would like it to see that you are consumed by hatred?
