Thorfinn historically died young. Maybe if Norse could successfully establish a colony in americas the natives would be certainly better adapted to disease and guns when continental Europeans discovered Americas. Thorfinn will die on the way to Iceland.

Nah. Thorfinn is 27 as of now in the manga. Irl the real thorfinn returned to Iceland and died in his early 30s after spending some time there with his wife and kids. He's certainly going to die young, but in his home unless it's decided that the thorfinn that returns is bug eyes.

This story is better than AOT, it deserves a lot more attention. I still can't get over how AOT ended my love for it died when those last manga chapters came out. Beautiful story, horrid ending.

I just can't understand those people who compare aot with Vinland saga. Seriously bro, THERE'S no comparison between them. I personally am a fan of aot and i don't care about how the ending went. And Vinland saga is getting the recognition it deserves. Aot was also the well written manga with smart technique. Not the ending. But the plot and the twists were on point. And yeah, Vinland saga's point is totally different than aot.

It's rushed, has plot holes, plot armour, blatant retconning, character inconsistencies, fan service and fails to complete the themes of the story in a satisfying manner. It goes against everything that made aot so great.
