I have 3 relatives that died in that battle (the Weeks brothers). If I remember correctly there were 4 brothers and one survived, which is why I am here today.

Native Americans chose the side of the military opposition and in many ways deserved what they got after. The reprisals and revenge put upon them was a direct results of their own tactics.
