Vinnie is from Bridgeport, CT, as we know. The day before a NJ Kiss Expo in 1994, of which VV was to guest at, I walked into a Boston Market in Stratford, which is right next to Bridgeport. On line for food was VV. Wig, tight leather pants, heels, full glam makeup. I went up to him and said "see you at the Kiss expo tomorrow". He looked at me like I had 3 heads and says, "Who? I don't know what you're talking about". I said "ok, suuuure..." and went to the back of the line. FULL GLAM ATTIRE. He was trying to effing LAY LOW?? My brother played drums in a band Vinnie joined in 1972 called Rockwell, named after a local street. He lasted 2 weeks. My brother: "He played that chicken picking style, and wouldn't stop. He had zero feel. Just noise. Sang backup well, though". VV is truly a bonafide weirdo, and not in a Mozart way...

Vinnie has lived in Tennesee since the late 80's. So i'm not sure If i buy your story to be honest. He was my neighbor. Vinnie was a recluse. Total introvert. So i dont see any scenerio which he would be in line at some public market getting food. He would never put himself in that situation because he was so messed up in the head that he thought he was going to get mobbed by KISS fans where ever he went, Also..the guy doesnt drive and there is no way he would be at some random market by himself standing in some line waiting for food. Your story may be true..If you didnt just make that up.. You got Vinnie confused with someone else man. lol

When you play them side by side, it's self-evident that it was a clear copyright infringement of my song. Dana, of course, placed all the blame on Cusano.

It is cool when someone is a good person, but if the playing is enjoyable, enjoy it. Honestly after Ace, Kiss lead guitar jumble didn't matter at all to me. When it was Ace, Peter and Paul and Gene, that was Kiss, it was that chemistry between the 4 of them no matter the differences that made them Kiss. After that, it was just two guys trying to cling to days gone by. And two that moved on. The chemistry ended then. Then for any new players, it was just a job. LOTS of semi-successful musicians lived out of their parents' homes. They weren't broke, but they weren't going to work day in, day out, in the same town and to get a place with roommates would be LESS RESPONSIBLE than living with the 'rents in your 20s. A musician on and off the road would be CONSTANTLY breaking leases and CONSTANTLY leaving one or two roommates stuck for 1/2 or 1/3 of the expenses. That at the end of the day is the BIGGER FLAKE.

The first 3 minutes and 10 seconds of this is about Mark St John. Vinny Vincent just never let him have your credit card number, he will make expensive charges on it. Vinny Boy is dishonest to the core. After 20 years of isolation he showed up at a meet and greet wearing his pink ladies pant suit, his wig , eyebrows touched up and lipstick applied. It was unusual for sure. Vinny drove to the venue in a beater car. Bald tires with a large dent on passenger side. Vinny had to open his door by reaching out to the outside door handle. When Vinny tried to leave his car would not start. Someone gave him a jump start. As he was driving through the parking lot his car loudly backfired leaving a cloud of black smoke as he sputtered out of the parking lot onto the road. It was laughable.

I just wonder, how the hell did this "creature" live without working for over 20 years? KISS royalties? Are they that generous? After it raised itself from the dead, and turned into a woman - a fact that growing up in the 70s would be a subject of great ridicule but now is just ignored in plain sight by the overwhelming number of hardcore old school rock fans - and went back to its old tricks of fraudulent actions - there are people who died, never receiving the boxset it sold through the mail, promised 2 for one to everyone still waiting, and to this date remains unfulfilled and undelivered - and still that thing gets press, contracts and mentions,, when it should be thrown back under the rock it crawled from. Really. American rock fans are extremely tolerant to a fault. Paul Stanley dishes out trainloads of manure on people, but on Vinnie, he was absolutely 100% right.

Samurai cop is the movie where the lead actor has intermixed scenes of him with his real, long hair followed by scenes or shots of him in what is obviously a wig. This happened because they had to film some unexpected new shots months later after the lead actor had cut his hair. So for the sake of some sense of continuity they had to use a wig. This just scratches the surface of how Samurai Cop has grown to be known as a so-bad-it's good cult classic. Check it out.

Alexx can math pretty well. He was busting through the on-the-spot arithmetic like it was second nature.

@edpoe1108 I myself wasn't focussing on his quick math skills, I was focussing on the details he gave on that well known scumball V.V. who is still scamming and grifting while playing the victim card, which makes me wanna go listen to my favorite "Slaughter" song "Burning Bridges"

It sounds like MOST Rock stars I've ever known. Their hey-day is about five years. After that they're just coasting on the past and are cheap theiving b'stards. LOL! Never meet your Hero's. You'll be badly disappointed.

Oh man, this interview is hilarious. Not only for the tea on VV’s bizarre shenanigans, but this dude sounds so much like this wacky german guy my mom was friends with. Great stuff! 😂

This is great, and a wonderful reminder that things like Spinal Tap and Metalocalypse can only exist because of the bizarre stories associated with our favorite bands.

Vinnie was better than Mark but both of them didn't want to serv the song, like Bruce and Ace.

In the end Kiss just forgot about Bruce. Just forgot about him after "Carnival of Souls: The Final Sessions" album.

They really shit on Bruce. He said he knew once they did the unplugged show and Ace and Peter showed up, he was next. Eric singer was blindsided. Eric needed the paycheck after Peter exited the band again and I get that, but I think he was selling himself short. He is actually a good drummer and could have gone farther with the right band. And despite all the bullshit they talk about Peter, he used to actually be a really good drummer, especially for his day. I think he and Bruce outclassed all of them. I think they're the only two who haven't gone on to talk shit about everybody. I loved Ace's style even though he wasn't the most proficient guitar player, he really was a good rock and roll player with phenomenal stage presence. But to be honest, Kiss would have been left in the dustbin of history had it not been for Ace and Peter returning for the reunion. They couldn't sell out half an arena. And the Crazy Nights tour really sucked, as did the album. I had never seen such a dead concert in my life
