Hate is such an odd feeling to have towards how people feel about the Pokechu clip that closely resembles how Joel came across Grand Dad just because a similar moment existed. No really, Vinny reacting hysterically to Gargamel's dialogue in a "Pikachu" game before Manchu steps in isn't exactly the same energy. You have Vinny finding "Brave Boy" in a list of bootlegs like Joel finding "Mario 7". An absurd title screen then appears with a slightly different title "Barve Boy: Kung Fu Pokechu" like "7 Grand Dad", along with the weird bootlegged character. Both streamers said their titles out loud and lost their shit over the absurdity of them. There's a reason why people have been considering Barve Boy as Vinny's Grand Dad moment that even one person made a mockup video that has Barve Boy's title screen made in the style of 7 Grand Dad with Vinny reacting to it just like the original clip of Joel reacting to Grand Dad, because the energy is precisely the same.

Art segments aren't fun when there's nothing to celebrate, as brutally true as that is. Vinny said on Afterhours he'd prefer it if artists drew a few things for him as practice instead of dedicated art pieces.

@@MrWolfSnack Actually, the real reason is because Vin and his mods have had to deal with quite a few people made art just to try to get his attention. If Vin showed their art on stream or gave them any attention then they would think that they're automatically friends with him and would try to violate his privacy. If Vin *didn't* give these sorts of people the attention that they think they're entitled to then they become hostile and unpleasant. It's unfortunate but a few bad apples spoiled the bunch.
