For 1 cup idli pappu ,,take 2 cups idli ravva soak it and grind. While grinding, grind only idli pappu .mix ravva and add some salt. Keep it overnight outside. The secret here is fermentation. Seperate the batter into two parts and keep one part outside for overnight.mrng make idly it will turn too soft and spongy. Don't overcook idli . Check in between while it is cooking.
