When and why did the R run to 9th ave? i've passed through 9th ave on the d train everyday and never saw an R train?

+john r That was during fastrack there was no (R) service between 36th Street and 95th Street so between 10PM and 12AM (R) trains from Manhattan ended at 9th Avenue at 12AM then (R) service was suspended
