In game two, if you snuff out Thoracle with the trigger on the stack, they only have the one devotion from Teferi which doesn't let them win, since they have two cards in the deck still.

Library is a lot worse than it used to be, way more aggressive decks curving out. Also more multicolored decks so a colorless land can be a liability. Still a great card though, wouldn’t fault you for taking that
