Hey guys not really a question, but can you talk more about commander cubes? I’ve been working on one and I could use your thoughts. It’s not a 2000 card cube by any means and there is no commander menu like you discussed. I’ve got a 540 card cube but we do 4 packs of 20 and you get two picks per pack to build a 60 card deck. The cube is stacked full of legends and you have to draft a commander out of a pack. It’s a bit of a battle cruiser meta stacked full of commander staples and big splashy creatures. CEDH is my format of choice but having balanced games with players who I don’t know can be hard I built the cube to lower the power curve and balance commander games. is my It’s a different side of commander cubing you haven’t talked about and I thought it’d be interesting.

Love the podcast Couple of Q's for your mailbag episode 1) As paper cubing has been a little more possible what are your Pandemic Playables? [Cards from Ikoria and on that may just be coming to tables now] 2) In your personal high power settings, are there cards that you play that few others do that you are surprised aren't more popular? 3) In higher power settings what's an archetype that you think trends exotic but still good? (as opposed to storm - exotic/not good)

Really love the podcast thank you guys so much for this content. My question is how do you guys handle flip cards when it comes to sleeving and having flip cards in a cube. Ex. Search for Azcanta or any of the new werewolves. Do you have the sleeved just normally in the cube with the rest of the cards or do you seek out the check list cards, use the blank cards from zendikar. I am interested in hearing your thoughts on how to approach these cards

For a twobert roughly how many cards does an archetype need to be viable? For cube in general is there a general ratio for cards that enable an archetype (young pyromancer, rituals, mana elves) vs cards for the archetype (cantrips, storm spells, craterhoof)?

Hey guys, really love the podcast. I’ve listen to every episode. I own a peasant cube, and I was wondering what your opinions are on over arching archetypes. For example, my cube has a cycling over arching theme to it across all five colors. Sometimes people draft it and it is really fun, and none of the cycling cards are bad on their own, but people sometimes complain that some of the cycling cards could be replaced by other better cards. What are your thoughts on this? Some of the cycling payoffs include things like astral slide and lightning rift

Question for the mailbag: What are the mostI Egregious cube warping or cube overpowering cards? Single cards that take over a cube or make the entire cube about playing or beating that card? You’ve mentioned oko a few times in this context, but is that the worst one and what cards are on that wavelength?
