I actually own this exact Rockwell/Delta Bandsaw, from what I know about mine was the saw/base was made in 1965, the original color of the base was a Silver/Gray looking very close to the kind you find by rustoleum called "Hammered". The original motor was mounted at the bottom and a belt connected it to the saw, the clearance was very small at the top of the base no matter how you adjust the motor or the saw mounting up top. Many opted to put a tensioner pully or secondary pully at the top of the base. The motor had a toggle switch that connected to a bar that went to the top of the base that ended with a loop to turn the saw on/off... i took mine off and put in a modern switch with 18GA wiring... kudos

Hey I just did a search on eBay and there is a couple Powr Craft motors on there now

At first I thought I had the wrong motor because of the spelling and I looked up Montgomery Ward power craft and they spelled it all kinds of weird Powr Kraft who knew
