11:05 The reason for the cool white circline being dimmer than the warm white circline is because the cool white one uses a traditional halophosphate phosphor blend, while the warm white one uses a triphosphor phosphor blend which is more efficient and therefore brighter.

I have a Homart brand flourescent kitchen adapter, saved from a remodel job. Homart, as well as Harmony House, was Sears brand. I salvaged a bunch of original fixtures from a 1940s house prior to demolition. Got a circline, 2 flourescent vanity lights, 3 bowl type bedroom fixtures, and 2 kitchen fixtures. All have a Harmony House sticker. The kitchen fixture has that multi way pull chain switch. I didn't know those were available new.

Well, I’ll be darned!!! I have that same exact kitchen unit I got from my neighbor a while back. Most of the tag on mine was flaked off, so I couldn’t find anything info on it, and it’s missing the fitter adapter. Really nice to see there’s another (complete) one out there in collector’s hands! Thanks for sharing! Oh yeah-and I have had luck repairing broken Bakelite lamp sockets with CA glue (superglue).

Harmony House was the Sears in house brand. Style House was the Montgomery Ward in house brand. You'll see both of these brands on old lighting fixtures and some light bulbs.

Excellent find on those 50w ballasts. I have a bunch of 100 watt and under sodium and MV bulbs that I’m hoping to find gear for. I would have loved to come across those.

There is a youtuber in Scotland who X-rays them Xmas bulb with a large golden hammer. But hey please show us the spectrum of them UV tubes.
