A wonderful collection of photographs featuring model yacht racing in England after the Second World War by Grove Pond Yachts makers of fine vintage race craft.
In the days before radio control, Model yachting was a very popular sport for the average working man, with a race normally consisting of two boats sailing from one side of a pond to the other.
