According to a February 1959 article in Television magazine about this and other ads in this series, "Peggy" was played by Sue Oakland Cott (wife of broadcast executive Ted Cott from 1956 until his death in 1973, a future recurring guest panelist on "What's My Line?" from 1966 to 1967 on CBS and 1968 to 1969 after it went "syndicated," and an editorialist for WCBS-TV in New York from 1971 to 1984), and "Chuck" was played by John Stratton (who may've been one and the same as played "Victor" in the 1958 film "Terror from the Year 3000," I say this being as there's a slightly older British actor named John Stratton listed on IMDb).
