Love the variety, Michelle. As an off shoot of my milk glass hunt, I have been picking up the canisters/apothecary jars with Mr. Peanuts on the bottom and in different patterns on the sides.

Another fabulous and informative video! My sister just picked up a Belleek vase and didn't know what it was at first. She did her research and found it was from 1926-46 based on the markings. The Japanese bowls are so pretty! Oh wow. That teapot! I love teapots and can't help buying them, but they don't sell very well for me :/ The daisy compote is beautiful and the milk glass plates are super cute!

But then when I start finding stuff I can resell, I say to myself, "heck I'm going to make my money back and then some, go ahead and get it." You're right, buy it when you see it.

Actually the book value of that carnival daisy and plume rose bowl was $75 , a few years ago. Also got one at a flea market for $5!!!

Hi Carol...sometimes its not so easy lol...I usually have some idea of what it MIGHT be so I start researching from there...sometimes it can take me days to get a satisfactory answer. I look everywhere! ...I sometimes go to ebay or etsy and type in a description of what I have and see if anything comes up if it does I follow up on lots of websites...I wish I had a trick to tell ya...I spend days sometimes, Also there are lots of good FB pages on glassware where you can shoot a pic and get help...If there is a maker mark on bottom...start by just typing that into google...see where it goes!!! Michelle :)
