no i think it's from 2002 and Verizon wireless phones don't have sim card slots because they are a cdma network

I had one !!!! , I bought the extended battery , they also made a battery charger cradle , so you always had a fresh battery for the phone , AND , the extended battery fit in the holster !!! man how cool back then , these were the days before the companies started to stroke off the customers , no more 👎🏻

Im beyond excited to find this🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. I had this phone back in the day set on ringtone 11 since then that ringtone was trapped in my head for yrs till now thank you so much. Is there a way to play just the ringtone melody 11 without buttons sounds so i can record it and convert to a ringtone? Thats a total dream of mine!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Most of these older model cell phones did not have a SIM Card slot underneath the battery like cell phones today. You usually would have to call Verizon Wireless and have them activate the device remotely. I'm pretty certain that is how it went back in the day.
