I love Honey! She's one of the sweetest kitties. So glad you got to stop into some of the local Vegas shops. The ladies who run the stores are truly so sweet and they do an excellent job sourcing good vintage at very reasonable prices. When you held up the green shoes, I literally gasped with delight! They look so rich against your fair skin tone - and fabulously luxe! I mean, who wears/makes dark green faux snakeskin shoes these days? I long ago promised myself I will no longer purchase black shoes, ever since I realized that black shoes were all I wore. I suspect that I was somehow convinced that black would make my size 9 peds somehow look smaller? Wtf, right? Luckily I have come to my senses. Thank you for taking us all along on your incredible adventure. It was wonderful and inspiring, and esp to see a woman traveling alone, doing her thing. I think I've mentioned it in another comment, so my apologies for being annoyingly repetitive! Her bracelet us really gorgeous - don't know if you've seen it - the film is worth a watch, or 50 in my humble opinion. I believe it was shot around the mid forties but was supposed to be set prior to the US going into WWII (or so I've been told). You thought you could ramble!😄
