That sled is very sweet Mary! Thank you for sharing. As one who has worked in horticulture for the past 30+ years, I can tell you that keeping a rosemary plant alive in your home in the winter takes a lot of effort. They like the sun beating down on them and the water to drain away quickly. A winter home environment is not the ideal situation for them, so consider that rosemary a seasonal decor item, and don't beat yourself up over it. Also, placing baggies around a pot so the water does not drain, is not ideal for plants. Unless they are water-loving plants, the roots will rot and wither. When I have decorating needs that require plants in a difficult place , I find some really nice, life-like faux plants and call it good.💝

Mary, have you ever thought about having your own online store on your own website? You have such a following that you would probably sell just as much on your own without paying all of those Etsy fees. And you can use a service like Pirate Ship to calculate your shipping for you, and the shipping would be a lot cheaper than Etsy which I know is really high. Etsy is great and has its uses, but I think you have outgrown its usefulness. BTW I introduced my bestie to your channel a couple of years ago and we are coming to the cottages in May! We are so excited!

Fantastic project. Suggestion for you: when you transfer your parchment sheet printed image, use purple tape (low tack tape) to hold your parchment in place while you’re rubbing the words/image. The purple tape doesn’t remove paint or stain (as long as it’s dry) when it’s removed and you’re easily able to keep your transferring image lined up correctly. Merry Christmas 🎄

Rosemary grows outside down to a zone 7. Here in Indiana we are a zone 5. I have kept it for one year leaving it in my garage tucked under a table and giving it some water on occasion. Three looks good.

You make it look so effortless Mary. That sleigh as a table centre piece is lovely. I believe unless you're looking for symmetry, decorating in odd numbers is usually the most visually pleasing... 'three' looks great. I think the result is 'lush' not overcrowded.

Try planting the rosemary in the ground. They throw to big bushes here in Texas. You may have to wait til spring but they are pretty hearty once established. They also do well in pots.
