If I had that model I would try and build a bunk setup in the main area. Ive seen Ember trailers use L-track to click in bunk beds into the walls then unclick them to make room for cargo in transit. Great looking trailer! Are you guys going to be at Overland Expo West next month?

XTR makes a great camper! The 5' ht is nicer than the 4 footers... My 4x6x5 v-nose toy hauler-camper-theater is compact like yours. I added 4x5 Diamond plate front deck plus roof rack and rear hitch rack, Extra room for 2KW Inv-Gen, LP bottles, Solar pnl, Awning and Toys! 3 cabinets hold cooking equip. and the 24"TV/entertainment ctr. Tri-fold sofa-bed, 5K BTU AC, elec heat and induction cooktop all run off solar and inverter. Thinking about a folding room pinned onto my ramp that will be outside galley and more inside space. It will tie down on the front deck. Pulling it with a 1.8L Scion XD gets well over 20mpg

Hi Steven, with this model the galley slides out so there isn’t any coverage. The design does allow for a 270 deg awning option which would provide coverage for the galley.

What type of framing is on these units for the house section (wood,Steel, Aluminum)? Also what does 1 like this cost?

3”x2” 11ga steel tube frame (same as all off road models). Complete 3/4” birch plywood trailer body. This one was 18k.

They come standard with a 2” ball hitch, but you can add an articulating hitch if you’d like 👍🏼

Thanks for your input! Those brands are much different what we build. Those are mass produced, not customizable, and they definitely can’t withstand what these trailers can. We also place the AC unit on the storage rack, and the 3” tubing connects to the ducting on the front wall. Looks a little funky when they are mounted on the wall.
