Vintage TS808 vs TS9 vs TS10 SHOOTOUT

I played a ts9 for years and loved it ..watched a ton of vids comparing the 808 to it and couldn't hear much difference..untill I wondered in a music store and tried the 808 ..there is a pretty good diffrence And easily noticable ..the 808 is warm and smooth..the ts9 is grittier and trebly ...none the less I walked out of the music store with the 808..it was for me..much better then the ts9 I loved...these videos fool you because...well...there videos..lol...you won't know until you try them in person..then you'll have the aha moment I had

John Mayer has now made the 10 as mythical as Stevie did the 808 and 9. It's outrageous how much they go for now because of him. If John ever puts a Miku on his board they'll become the hottest commodity on earth. LOL!

I own the TS9 and I am researching the other 2 to see if they're worth getting. Thanks to this video im just gonna stick with the ts9 for now. Maybe later I'll grab one of the others. Thank you

There’s ALWAYS a difference. Analog components have tolerances, those can differ. Even temperature/humidity changes can affect components in a circuit. In this case, for practical purposes, the difference is negligible. At least in my opinion! 🤘🤘

A total sleeper still in the tube screamer world would be the MSL, it's essentially a TS-10 with more low end.

They all sound like TS to me. There might a small differences but not to the point somebody will hear that in a a band setting. If you’re going to make me choose I like the TS-808 the best.
