Yeah, this was an overload test and the machine still managed to roll the clothes over pretty well. Top loaders are good until you take the agitator out though...these are good quality machines.

These were like a 3/4 ton truck, but today washers are like a prius

@@VkRmotorsport yup, this washer is 34 years old almost...I wish I never got rid of it, and my parents went with a Samsung out of all things so my clothes are never ever clean.

Top loaders are not as forgiving as front loaders with over loading. The front load has the advantage of gravity and moving the clothes around. The top load has to move the clothes through the water, the fuller the machine and more packed the clothes are, the more wear on the clothes and the machine, the more they will just sit there in the water, resulting in slower, less frequent turn over and compromised cleaning, so they won’t wash properly. Overloading will not wash well in either style of machine. With that said, I enjoyed the video, was an interesting test.

@@Thesweaterfactory I was honestly surprised with how it handled the clothes...now I never load it this full. It was simply a test to see how the agitator would handle the roll over action.

Oh yes, I don't usually put this much in but I decided to put it to the test. It still had good roll over action, and it washed perfectly fine.

That water was nasty brown. Did the clothes still come clean ?

Yes, they came out perfect. The fact that the water was brown was good. It actually got all the dirt out and they smelled good.

@@TylerHVAC that’s good I’m glad everything came clean the way u wanted it to. I work at a hotel and we use giant washers that hold 160lbs of laundry. They r so cool to watch

My washer is very loud when spinning, it’s a Whirlpool made machine. What’s causing the noise? Why is it so loud? It’s so loud that I can hear it throughout the whole entire house.
@TylerHVAC4 ай бұрын
Your machine's problem varies on what sound it is. If it is a loud banging noise, you have a failed suspension rod. There are four holding the basket up and one could have snapped or came loose. If it is a squealing noise, it could be your belt slipping. If you could give me the model number on it, I could do some research on it.

You think? That was kind of the point; to see what this washer can handle and this washer washed these clothes perfectly fine. This is a heavy duty machine, if it has washed stuff like this it's entire life why go easy on it now. Idk about you but, I take care of my machines. I make sure everything is cleaned properly and maintained. As long as I do that I'm more than positive this washer will do just about anything. If you have any cycle requests to prove this just tell me.
