hey man, pretty awesome tutorial/maintenance info on the lil rig, my buddy has the same exact machine and is a 72' it's an old beater too, like oil gum everywhere and needs new cables and a few other things but we're no where near a classic dealership. does your dealership happen to have throttle cables for these particular models? the one we have splits from throttle, to carb to oil pump, but is pretty mangled...can't find anything like it online, any help would be awesome! hope you hava good day 🤙👍✌

I ran into the same problem. I would just suggest get a regular dirt bike cable and use premixed gas and oil.

Happen to remember what Carburetor that chinese replacement was made for? I can't find any with a similar mounting flange. Edit: VM22 26mm Generic Carburetor looks close to spec with a caliper as far as intake bolt spacing and bore size. About 48cm eye to eye bolt spacing and 22mm inner bore looks right.

I used a 22mm carburetor . I sell them $35

Pz22 flange mount . Just grind the sides out to a horseshoe to allow for the larger screws

This is amazing. Great video! Im trying to rebuild my Yamaha lt2 as well! Its so good to see your videos! They're hard to come by. Definitely need some advice. My kick crank is stuck... Any advice?

Thanks! I’m new at VIDEOS. so the editing is getting better as I get more familiar with the process . . On your bike . First thing to do is take off head and get a visual of the piston and see if it is seized or rusted to cylinder. I’m getting ready to do a video on a locked up 1974 CT1 175cc motor .
