Just wondering how u have your toms tuned. About the same batter and reso or are your resos lower than your batters? I have a 93' rc and have always struggled with my 12" tom. Its like a black jelly bean lol....8,10,12, 14,16, 22. Seems like its getting robbed buy on tom or another. All on a rack so shouldn't be the case but....idk

I tune the reso head slightly higher than the top head, for tone. Top is for feel, bottom for tone. Hope that helps!
