01.Resp.Shanker vk ji ..बहुत यादें हैं उ.अमीर खाँ साहिब के बारे मे बहुत कुछ संस्मरण उभर आते हैं । मै बम्बई - मुंबई - से निकलने के अगले दिन का अहेवाल बयान आप से बताने की काेशिष करूँगा ा खाँ साहब कुछ अस्वस्थ थे मेरे राजकाेट जाने से। दोपहर साडे तीन का समय- मै चरन सेवा में लीन था तब अचानक उठ गये- शिवजी का मंदिर हाजी अली के सामने - वहाँ मुझे ले गये - मुझे दर्शन करने काे कहे कर आप पैडके नीचे बैठ गये..मै उनके चरनेा के पास बैठा रहा..बहुत बार कहा दर्शन के लीये- मैंने कहा " आज आपकाे हाे क्या गया है?"

02..कहेने लगे.. यार! 10 दिन ओर रूकजा.. मै जाउँ कलकत्ता उसी दिन राजकाेट चलना । मै bank of india की नाैकरी.. छुट्टी एक भी नहीं बची थी.. उनकाे बताया मेरा हाल..माने नहीं.. मैंने कहा आप मेरे शिवजी हाे..हाथ पकड़ कर मै धर वापस लाया..मै थाडी persian शिखा था राजकाेट में..उनसे भी...धर पे चाय पीलायी बगैर शक्कर की पीते थे.. तानपुरा माँगा.. राग पूर्वी मै फारसीकी विलंबीत.. "सलाह कार कुजा " अस्थायी / अंतरा याद करवा दिया..अंतरा कम गाते थे , मगर मुझे शिखा दिया..घर में हम दाे ही थे..माता.. नागपुर थीं..

There are many more names that needs to be taken e.g. Ustad Faiyaaz Khan, Ustad Rajab Ali Khan (Agra wale), Ustad Allah Diya Khan, Pt. Omkarnath Thakur, Pt D.V.Paluskar, Ustad Aman Ali Khan etc.

Yes Amir Khan has sung a mesmerizing Megh too. Barkha ritu. Megh is pentatonic but some stalwarts use both nishads. Never heard Megh using komal gandhar, an essential swara for miyan ki malhar.
