MLV is one among the top rated carnatic vocalists of all time. One among the TRIOS,(MS, MLV, DKP)sings so beautifully at that time and it was recorded so well that we are lucky to hear after these long years. If it was recorded in the year 1957, I was only an year old then, we are to respect the persons behind it so beautifully recorded. I had downloaded the whole. Thanks for uploading the program. Cant believe that this is from 1957, that too radio concert. recording is so clear. Many many namaskaras to the recorder and the uploader as well. I am scared that it may be lost on line some time in future, so have downloaded immediately and saved to listen rest of my life whenever I wish. such an unparallel collection. No wonder. RADIO CEYLON'S recording and broadcasting quality and their archive was far superior to All India Radio way back to early 1940s onwards. So you got a treat from them thru this MLV concert.

I am now 72 years used to listen her concerts rendered in Anjaneyar Temple situated in Purasawalkam Chennai every year regularly. Taken me to my early life what a mesmerizing voice which bless us a great peace while listening I am very lucky to hear today by God's grace. Hats off for the team which produced this.
