I have been watching Dev anand films of 1959 and 60s. Every film is a showcase of Dev anand' s immense acting talent besides good story line, excellant acting of co stars , good nusic and powerful dialogues ! Dev anand earned his reputation of evergreen and handsome actor rightfully. His acting skills and fluent dialogue delivery with impressive voice modulations and unique style and mannerisms should not be missed at any cost ! Nutan in this film is simply the best and the way she expresses her love and pain through her eyes and facial expressions is beyond words! What a bundle of talents- these actors of yester years ! Mehmood excelled in his song sequence! Films like these should never be missed !

These kind of movies exude grace and class. Directors sincerely tried to reflect society as it was back then and they had kindness and morality and a real sense of trying to do the right thing, pushing back at situations,circumstances and people that were corrupt, antagonistic, racist and against wrongdoings carried out on the innocent and the helpless. Such themes are very prevalent in movies of yester years. Songs had so much beautiful poetry and melody. So much harmony in the Bombay film fraternity in those days. Not so these days!

हर पुरानी जगह ,न या सूरज , नयी जगह, बना ना चाहता है अपने नसीबपर भरोसा रख के नयी जगह बन सकती है पुराना सारा त्याज्य नहीं है, वे से हर नयी चीज अच्छी नही हैं. दोनो में से अच्छी चीजे लेनी चाहिए , यही सयाना पान है। गाना बजाना ये व्यवसाय हो सकता था , अभीभी व्यवसाय है लेकिन ये मनके खुशी के लिए , होना चाहिए अपने जिम्मेदारी जिंदगी में नि भाना जादा जरूरी है! इसलिए थोडा जन्मदाता को वचन देना जरूरी है .! बापसे झगडा करने से ध्येय साध्य नही होता ,, पहिले सेटल होना जरुरी है बादमें गाना बजाना आता है। स भीको गॉडफादर नहीं मिलता. खुदही अपने का गॉडफादर गॉडमदर बनना है।
