Litex Utility 56" Industrial ceiling fan in white. This is a pretty cheap fan, but does move adequate air. The bearings are noisy, but it's going in the garage so I'm not worried about them as of now. Shown on a five speed wall control.

Could you do a remake on this fan it's cheap but the hum brings back childhood memories on many fans I use to see in the past

Depending on which Banvil you get, yes. A Bronze Line would be comparable to this I'd imagine. This one quieted down a bit after the bearings settled back into place, just gets noisy on a variable control now.

I would say that's a good guess.

I love the gold pin-striping on good industrials and spinners, I agree it just looks better with it.

i have a Dayton/Marley 60" industrial and a Hampton bay industrial, gotta say their pretty close on air movement, quality wise i would go with the Dayton though

Yeah, it's SO LOUD! Even my other Litex has wider blades than this thing, which is pretty sad. That clicking would be the bearings, that's right, the bearings. This thing makes so much noise and has a wobble I can't seem to fix, but it's definitely ideal for my garage installation.

Ohh the hum its loud for being on a 5-speed controller. I guess the RPM are FAST because of the very skinny blades. The loud clacking sound is that caused by the canopy claking on the beam when it wobbles? I remember in N'Djamena, Chad where 75% of ceiling fans are CHEAP Industrials, there was this particular fan in a grocery store we often went to that made that exact same sound and it wobbled a little too. It was always on high.

I like the Canarm and the Patton, but this one is a bit too straight-edge. Suprisingly, the brass ring around the motor makes a huge difference. =D

Wow, what a noisy, low-quality industrial. Would Banvil industrials be better of quality than most cheaper industrials these days?
