Good video again ! ! I really wish they would open a US distribution center. The shipping from Canada to US makes getting these just not worth it. I would if shipping wasnt so high

hi Mark, great video and subject as usual. I custom make my own outer sleeves for boxed sets by cutting and shutting upto three standard sleeves into one sleeve and using acid/solvent free double sided clear art mounting tape. Somewhat less costly than the VSS sleeves and they are made to fit each specific boxed set perfectly. My first attempts looked a little agricultural (no offence to farmers) but with practice they now look ok. $3.00 total cost per boxed set (and only making the amount I need) as opposed to $8.00+ and not having an exact fit.

I think my Box sets are too big for these covers , I got the David Bowie ones , the Beatles in stereo & mono , the ultimate Queen collection box set & the George Harrison collection box set , All things must pass box set , and the Beatles blue box set ( BC13 ) which came out in 1977- 1978 . It’s good to know you can get covers for box sets , thanks for covering this topic .

I’ve reused the poly bag that holds a 100 regular sized poly bags for a few box sets. They don’t fit quite as well but they do the job

What about box set sleeve with extra pocket for grabbing records without having to pull entire box out? That way we can use vss inner sleeves too

I have purchased a lot from VSS over the past few years and have loved every single product. I am desperate to get these box set sleeves and to place another order in general… HOWEVER… You mentioned the word ‘extortionate’… well, upon attempting to place an order last week, I was horrified at the cost of shipping. It literally doubled the cost of the products. And with the Australian dollar so weak at the moment because of our useless 🤬 criminal government, I just cannot justify over $400 on sleeves.😡 it’s utterly ridiculous!!! Rant over.

When the bogan blind sheep voters in Australia elect a Labor government the Australian dollar invariably crashes because of the incompetent policies of the said labor government. And the current one including most of the State Labor governments are supremely dense and incompetent. Anway, time to enjoy the music and leave politics to another forum.......

@@soundmatters some Distributors of record, music and audio related products in Australia add on exorbitant margins on to the items as well as on shipping. I have contacted VSS in the past about taking on their product for the Australian/NZ markets, but their response did not enthuse at all. Anyway, its their decision if they want to have rep here.

I wish VSS would create a sleeve for the Beatles Get Back Blu Ray Box Set. Yes they need to make a sleeve for bigger box sets as well. So far their products have suited my needs for the most part. Thanks for the video.
