"She (Pat Bag) ended up marrying Dave.... Whatever" 🤣 Finally got my NoMeansNo "Wrong" reissue a few days ago, pre-ordered many months ago. Very happy to have it. I discovered them from a local NPR station that let a couple of college kids have a show from like 1-3 AM one night of the week back in the early 90s. I'd tape the show and my favorite tape had several NoMeansNo tracks on it. I've got a Bad Checks 7", they were from Raleigh-Durham North Carolina.

Maximillian was actually a quartet. Their drummer was Jerry Nolan (New York Dolls). There was some turmoil within the band over Nolan's style of playing, so he is not credited on the album cover. They also mixed his drums down low.

Your opening statement Pat about it takes forever to get your first 100 subs. I've had 7 different channels here and getting the first hundred was always quick in my case. Once I hit a thousand though my subs count really slows down. Sure I remember lot's of people being upset with how long it takes to get subs and they were asking and looking for ways to help in that matter. I always told them it ain't how many subs you have it's how many communicate with you that you enjoy their company. At least for me it is.... I don't appeal to the to the average viewer because of my age, demeaner and I'm old school and not politically correct... And that suits me just fine. LOL ....

Richie, I think you used the wrong word in your video title. You meant '' discerning'' not '' disconcerting''. I subbed the ''new kid on the block'', The Spirit Of Vinyl. I love all Sonic Youth, ''Daydream Nation'' is still my most listened to album by them. The NomeansNo album art is superb and so is the artwork on Maximillian. Noise music appears easy to create, but good noise music is tough to compose, the performers must know exactly what they are doing, or must have absolutely no idea, what they are doing. There is no middle ground when grinding out non- Music.
